    学术方向、研究焦点:充分利用行为学、膜片钳电生理和分子生物学等研究方法,深入研究神经发育及退行性疾病(尤其是孤独症ASD和老年性痴呆症AD)的突触可塑性及离子通道病变机制。进而,探索经颅磁刺激(rTMS)等新型无创神经刺激技术对神经/精神疾病干预调节的作用机理及治疗效果。探索新型神经调控技术的作用原理及应用。

    2020年7月–今 美国德州农工(TAMU) 研究员

    应用病毒追踪、全脑成像、光遗传、行为学等技术从事神经成瘾、PD、AD环路和突触可塑性研究。

    2019年5月–2020年7月 美国纽约州立大学布法罗分校 (SUNY UB)研究员

    应用在体、立体电生理结合化学遗传、表观遗传、RNAseq、行为学等技术研究发育 神经(孤独症)、精神疾病(精神分裂症,应激)、退行性疾病(AD)的神经机制和潜在治疗。

    2013年3月2016年5月 重庆医科大学附属儿童医院 助理研究员

    博士毕业后就职于重庆医科大学附属儿童医院(儿科全国排名第三),儿童发育疾病研究教育部重点实验室,认知发育与学习记忆障碍转化医学重庆市重点实验室,任助理研究员一职。指导研究生并独立开展课题研究。主持自科青年基金1项,全国及重庆市博后基金2项,重庆医科大学儿童医院B类人才计划1项;以主要参与人协助申报并参与自科多项。担任细胞学组教学秘书。

    加入在纽约州立大学布法罗分校Zhen Yan教授团队开展AD、ASD、Depression和stress相关研究,主要从事神经精神疾病表观遗传改变及相关治疗研究。

    2014年1月2016年9月 重庆医科大学 博士后 导师:王玉田院士李廷玉教授

    2013年进入重庆医科大学附属儿童医院后,与加拿大皇家科学院院士、UBC终身教 授王玉田院士和重庆医科大学附属儿童医院院长李廷玉教授合作,开展博士后研究工作(rTMS对老年性痴呆及孤独症的干预治疗作用及机制研究)。主持自科青年基金1项,全 国及重庆市博后基金2项,重庆医科大学儿童医院B类人才计划1项;以主要参与人协助 申报并参与自科多项。独立搭建、安装、调试电生理实验室(单细胞膜片钳、脑片膜片钳、 在体电生理)和动物行为学平台。确保所有设备有效运转。
